Youth clubs, leagues and camps: how parents find you on SoccerMapd
Your age groups, tryouts and registration window in the one place a parent searches, and every question they ask forwarded to your inbox.
A parent looking for a team for their kid has one question and a dozen tabs. Which clubs are near us, which take a nine-year-old, when are tryouts, what does it cost, and who do I email. SoccerMapd puts those answers on one listing, sends every question straight to you, and points parents at your program from the tool they use to work out their kid’s age group.
Where parents find you
- Youth soccer leagues and soccer clubs, nationally and by city, filterable by age group.
- The map, filtered to clubs and youth leagues around a ZIP code.
- Tryout and camp pages for each city, built from the events clubs post.
- The age group calculator, which links a parent to the leagues near them that list their kid’s group.
What a listing carries
- Age groups you field, as U-ages
- Skill or competition level
- Registration link, and when registration opens and closes
- Practice location, when it differs from your address
- Description, website, phone and contact email
- Photos and your club logo
- Instagram and Facebook
- Every tryout, camp and clinic you post
Post tryouts, camps and clinics as events
Tryouts, camps and training clinics are events attached to your listing. Post them from the event form with a date, a venue and a description. An event at a listing you manage publishes instantly. It appears on your listing, in the events browser, and on the tryout or camp page for your city, which is where a parent searching “soccer tryouts” plus your city lands.
Every question comes to you
Every club and youth league listing has an Ask about this program form. For youth categories it asks the player’s age, so you know before you reply whether you have a place. What happens next depends on whether we hold your email:
- We have your email. The message is forwarded to you, and a copy sits on your dashboard under Inquiries. Replies go straight to the parent.
- We do not. The message reaches the SoccerMapd team and we pass it on by hand. The parent is told that, plainly. Claim the listing and add your email to skip the middle step.
If you would rather not receive forwarded inquiries, every one carries a link to stop them, and we honour it.
The age group calculator
US Youth Soccer moves to an August 1 cutoff for the 2026-27 season, and most parents do not know what that does to their kid’s group. The calculator takes a birth date and returns the U-age for 2026-27, then lists the leagues and clubs near the parent that take that group. The inquiry form on each of those listings opens with the age group already filled in. Making a parent retype it is the first place a lead is lost, so we do not.
There is a companion page of field, goal and ball sizes by age, from 4v4 to 11v11, which parents and new coaches search for constantly.
Claim your listing
- 1Sign in and tap ClaimOn your club's page. Tell us your role. The listing stays live as it is while we check.
- 2Add your email and age groupsFrom the dashboard. The email is where inquiries go. The age groups are what the calculator and the city filters match on.
- 3Post the seasonTryouts as they are scheduled, camps for the summer, the registration window as it opens. Each one publishes instantly at a listing you manage.
No account, and only a detail or two to fix? Owners we email get a signed update link that opens a short form with no sign-in, and anyone can use the Suggest update button on the listing.

Questions
- What does it cost to list a youth club or league?
- Nothing. The listing, the tryout and camp postings, the inquiries and the age-group placement are all free.
- Where do parent inquiries go?
- To the contact email on your listing, with a copy kept on your dashboard. If we hold no address for you yet, the message reaches the SoccerMapd team and we pass it on. Claim the listing and add your email to get them directly.
- How does the age group calculator send parents to us?
- A parent enters a birth date and gets the U-age for 2026-27 under the new August 1 cutoff. The result links to leagues near them that list that age group, with the inquiry form already filled in with the group.
- Can we post tryouts before the club itself is listed?
- Post the club first, or claim it if it is already on the map. Tryouts, camps and clinics are events attached to a listing, and events at a listing you manage publish instantly.
