These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of soccermapd.com and its related services (the 'Service'), an independently operated soccer community website offered under the name SoccerMapd ('we', 'us' or 'our'). Contact us at hello@soccermapd.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content. People under 18 may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Creating an account is free and does not require payment details. Some features require a verified account, including continued use of the public map and the MLS and USL history maps after a limited guest preview, expanded directory results and GIF downloads. Closing a sign-in prompt does not extend a preview. Availability and preview limits may change.
Our Privacy Policy explains account-linked usage measurement, saved interests, map sharing and email preferences. Newsletter signup is optional and is not required for an account. You can manage digest and matchday emails through your dashboard or unsubscribe links. A free account does not automatically become a paid subscription.
The Service lets you submit content such as places, events, products, coach profiles, photos, and descriptions ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant SoccerMapd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, edit, and distribute that content to operate and promote the Service, subject to the privacy and sharing choices described in our Privacy Policy. This includes reviewing text, resizing photos and displaying approved contributions. Private account information and private map records are not permission for public promotion.
You represent that, for any User Content you submit:
We may review, moderate, edit, refuse, or remove User Content, and we may approve or reject listing claims, at our discretion. We are not obligated to publish or keep any content.
You can ask us to remove your contribution or personal information. Public factual listing details may remain independently of your account. Shared links, downloaded maps and photos may be copied by others; disabling a link cannot recall copies already made. Contribution points and badges recognize participation and have no cash value.

SoccerMapd is a directory. Listings, events, programs, coaches, products, prices, schedules, and other details are provided by third parties or compiled from public sources, and are offered on an "as is" basis. We do not operate the venues, clubs, leagues, camps, events, or coaching services listed, and we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, available, safe, or suitable.
Please verify details directly with the organization before you rely on them, register, pay, or attend. We do not vet, endorse, certify, or perform background checks on listed coaches, clubs, programs, or their staff beyond any information shown on the listing. Any "verified" or similar badge refers only to limited checks we describe and is not a guarantee of safety or quality. Parents and guardians are responsible for evaluating any youth program, coach, or activity and for the supervision and safety of their children.
As of the date above, SoccerMapd has no active paid listings, sponsorships or affiliate programs. We may introduce them in the future to support the Service. If we do, we will identify paid or sponsored placements and disclose affiliate relationships near the relevant links. A featured designation today does not mean someone paid for it. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
There is currently no payment required to create an account or use the map and history tools. If we introduce a paid offer, we will show its price, what it includes, billing frequency, cancellation and refund terms before you purchase. A charge or subscription requires your separate agreement to that offer. A partnership inquiry is not a purchase authorization. Payment processing will be handled by the provider identified at checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund or other consumer rights required by law.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and logos (excluding User Content), is owned by SoccerMapd or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law. You may download and share maps, images and GIFs through the provided export tools for personal, noncommercial use, keeping included credits and branding. Club marks, geographic data and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and the source licenses identified on the relevant pages.
History maps are independently prepared illustrations, not official league territories, fan allegiances or driving-distance calculations. Historical identities, approximate locations and future expansion projections follow the methodology and dated source notes on each tool. SoccerMapd is not affiliated with or endorsed by the leagues or clubs shown.
The Service links to third-party websites and services we do not control, including retailers and affiliate partners. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure. These disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoccerMapd and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the Service, your dealings with any listed party, or your reliance on any listing. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoccerMapd and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time or request account deletion through the contact address below. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally, and you consent to venue there. We both agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other.
This section does not remove mandatory protections or forum rights provided by the law that applies to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires separate agreement. A change does not authorize a new charge without your agreement.
