Every weekend, fans in your city type a club and a city into a search box: where to watch Arsenal in Denver, where to watch USMNT in Tampa. SoccerMapd has a page for each of those questions, and bars appear on them by naming the teams they show. Here is how your bar gets on those pages and what else the listing does.

What your listing shows

Your bar has a page under /soccer-bars, listed in its city and on the map. It carries:

Address, map pin and directions
Weekly hours, day by day
The teams you show, and your matchday notes
Photos and your logo
Website, phone and social links
The supporters clubs that meet at your bar
Upcoming watch parties at your venue
A Follow button, and a Been here button for regulars

Name the teams you show

This is the one field that matters most. A where-to-watch page exists for every team and metro pair with at least one supporters club or one bar naming the team. Each page lists the team’s fixtures for the next seven days in local time with US TV, the chapters meeting in that metro, and the bars that show the team. Name Liverpool on your listing and you are on the Liverpool page for your metro.

Approve the events people post at your venue

Anyone with a free account can post a watch party at your bar. Nothing goes public until you say so. Pending events wait in your dashboard, and you approve or reject each one. Events you post yourself publish instantly. Approved events appear on your page, in the events browser, and on your city’s watch party page.

The supporters clubs that meet with you

A chapter that meets at your bar names you on its page: “Meets at Lynch’s Irish Pub”, with a link. When that chapter publishes its matchday schedule, your bar is the venue on every match unless they say otherwise. And the commitment card a chapter’s fans share names the pub, which is a small poster for you every time it is posted. If a chapter meets with you and is not on the map, send them to the supporters club guide.

Keep it current without an account

Two ways, neither of which needs a sign-in:

Suggest an update. Every listing page has a Suggest update button. Anyone can use it, and we review each suggestion before it goes live.
Your update link. When we email a bar, the email carries a signed link that opens a short form pre-filled with what the listing says today, so you fix what is wrong instead of retyping what is right. No password.
