About

Indoor adult league inside NOW Soccer Academy's arena, played six field players plus a goalkeeper under US Indoor Sports Association rules in two 25-minute halves. Divisions are Open, Women's, Over-40 and Coed, which requires two women on the field at all times; 18 and over is the standard, with 16- and 17-year-olds admitted on a signed parental waiver and teams roster up to 20 with 15 dressed per game. Registration opens in October for the Winter league and April for the Summer league.
