J.M. McDonald Sports Complex Adult Soccer League
About
Co-ed adult indoor soccer league run by the J.M. McDonald Sports Complex, a non-profit indoor sports facility on Fairgrounds Drive in Cortlandville, about 35 miles south of Syracuse. Games are 8v8 including the goalkeeper on the complex's Large Turf field, two 25-minute halves with a running clock, with at least two women on the field at all times and no more than five men. The Winter/Spring 2026 session ran eight teams on Sunday nights from February 15 to April 26; the complex's published soccer league rules also cover an Adult Over 30 division with age checks.
