Adult soccer leagues run at Keva Sports Center in Middleton. Outdoor 7v7 divisions include Men's Over 30, Over 40 and Over 50, Men's Competitive 18+, and coed intermediate and recreational; indoor 6v6 includes a women's recreational division. Free agents can register individually and be placed on a team.

Adult recreational coed soccer leagues run by Madison Sports & Social Club. Teams field ten players with at least four female players; summer outdoor play uses Bowman and Elver Park fields and indoor sessions rotate through Madison school gyms.
