Connecticut Football Club's field complex on Amity Road runs an adult coed 7v7 league (six field players plus a keeper, minimum three women on the field) on Tuesday nights, two 25-minute halves. $800 per team, teams register through the park's EZFacility portal; Session 1 of the current league began August 25.

Fall 2026 runs September 13 to November 22 and players register individually online.

Over 40, free agents welcome

CSSA-affiliated over-40 recreational league formed in 2015, with two promotion-and-relegation divisions of about nine to ten teams each. Games are played on weeknights and weekends at member clubs' home fields around the state from April to December. Address is Carusone Field/St. Ann's Park in Hamden, home of Hamden Rovers and one of the league's listed venues.

Sunday-morning games (8, 10 and 11 AM kickoffs) are played at teams' home fields in New Haven, Fairfield and Middlesex counties in spring and fall seasons. Address is the Stanley H. Page Soccer Field at Bittner Park in Guilford, one of the most-used fields on the 2026 schedule.

Adult men's and coed 7v7 soccer leagues played on turf at the Insports Centers complex in Trumbull. Games are two 24-minute halves on a 30x50 yard expanded field, with team registration and a minimum 10-player roster. Men's league plays Wednesday nights and coed plays Thursday nights.

7v7 open, coed and over 30, Mon to Thu, $1,250 per team

Adult 7v7 summer league run by Ole Soccer at the Ole Training Center in Monroe. Four divisions: Gold (Monday, premier), Bronze (Tuesday, 30+), Silver (Wednesday, intermediate) and Co-Ed (Thursday). Matches are two 24-minute halves and players must be 18 or older.
